 Balochistan: Pakistan forces started fresh offensives in Kohlu, three abducted from Tump

QUETTA: Pakistani forces have been conducting attacks in different areas of Kohlu Balochistan from past two days, an Urdu News blog Humgaam News reported on Thursday.

Military have surrounded Padkay, Seyah Koh, Dresh, Suryn Kaor, Jabbar and Nisao regions and started attacking houses of civilian in the name of operation against ‘militants’.

Sources from Quetta told Balochwarna News that at least 25 people have so far been arrested and disappeared during two days of military offensives and several houses have also been set on fire.

The name of the abducted person could not be confirmed immediately as the affected areas are still under military siege.

The exit and entrance routes to the besieged areas have been blocked limiting the movement of inhabitants.

The operation and attacks started on Monday which still continued at the time of filing this report.

Meanwhile in another offensive Pakistan forces abducted three people from Mir Abad area of Tump Balochistan on Thursday.

The victims have been named as Munir son of Ahmad, Hafeez son of Nazeer and Sudher. They have been shifted to an undisclosed location and their whereabouts remained unknown.
