Balochistan: BRA pays tributes to its martyred comrades
QUETTA: The spokesperson of the pro-freedom Baloch resistance organisation, Baloch Republican Army (BRA), paid tributes to the fallen comrades of the organisation.
Four members including a regional commander of the Baloch Republican Army were killed in a gun battle against Pakistani army on March 9, 2018, in Pasni’s Shadi Kaor area of Balochistan.
The BRA spokesperson, Sarbaz Baloch, said that commander Jameel aka Kiyya Baloch and his four companions named Safar aka Saawad, Munir aka Younas, Raes aka Hakeem were on their way to Balochistan’s coastal town of Pasni when they were ambushed by Pakistani security forces.
He said commander Jameel and his comrades confronted the enemy forces for 40 minutes and instead of surrendering they preferred to die fighting for their motherland – Balochistan.
Sarbaz Baloch said, “Dozens of Pakistani troops were also killed in this battle.”
He said Jameel aka Kiyya has been affiliated with armed resistance since 2013 but two years ago he joined the Baloch Republican Army. “He was appointed the commander of Hoshaab and coastal belt because of his excellent strategic capabilities.”
Sarbaz Baloch vowed that Baloch struggle against occupying forces in Balochistan will continue until the presence of the last soldier.
