 Balochistan: Pakistani forces abduct Baloch student from Karachi airport

QUETTA: Pakistani intelligence agencies and airport security forces have abducted a Baloch student on August 27 from Karachi airport.

According to details, Baloch student Faisal son of Haji Ibrahim, resident of Paroom area of district Panjgur Balochistan, came home from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to spend his holidays with his family in the month of Ramzan (moth of fasting).

When his holidays ended on August 27, he planned to go back to Saudi Arabia to resume his studies.

However, the Pakistani intelligence agencies and airport security forces have abducted and disappeared Faisal Baloch from Karachi airport.

His whereabouts remained unknown at the time of filing this report.

It is pertinent to mention that Pakistani forces have previously abducted several Baloch students and labourer on their arrival and departure from Karachi airport.

This latest abduction was carried out at a time when the world was observing ‘International Day of the Disappeared’ to highlight cases of enforced disappearances around the world.
