Balochistan: Iranian state forces detained several protesters in Chabahar

ZAHEDAN: The Iranian state’s violent attacks continue against peaceful protesters across the country. Iranian people took to streets after fuel price hikes. The people of occupied Balochistan, Kurdistan, Alahwaz and other regions have also been organising protests to support the Iranian people.

On Sunday, the residents of Balochistan’s port city Chabahar have organised a peaceful protest in support of Iran-wide protests but the IRGC of Iran and other forces have resorted to violence, brutally attacked the protesters and detained several of them.

Sources reported that the arrested men have been shifted to an undisclosed location and their families feared that their loved might be subjected to inhuman torture in custody.

In the past there have been reports of slow poisoning of political activists by Iranian forces in detention.

The Iranian Islamic regime forces have been using different pretexts for killing political activists and educated Baloch youth.

Several youth have been killed in staged road accidents while others accused of “waging war against God” and executed after condemning to death sentence by Iran’s kangaroo courts.

The UN rights office earlier said it was alarmed by reports that live ammunition was being used against protesters and caused a “significant number of deaths across the country”.

Different media outlets reported that several dozen protesters have been killed in past few weeks mostly from Kurdistan region.

Sources also claimed that over 1,000 protesters have been arrested so far from eight different provinces of the country.
