A prominent leader of Baloch National Movement (BNM) has said that Baloch people have no faith in any Pakistani institutions. They hope that the International Community will raise voice in support of Balochistan’s freedom.
Talking to a private TV channel Mr Manan Baloch said that expecting justice from Pakistan was useless. Commenting on Akhtar Mengal’s visit Mr Baloch said that his return to Pakistan was not a positive sign for Baloch struggle.
He further said that bullet-ridden bodies of abducted Baloch were found dumped even when the Supreme Court was hearing the cases of missing persons. “The Pakistan Supreme Court has not punished a single security official till date. The SC is trying to save Pakistan”, said the BNM leader.
He said when the UN Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances visited Pakistan and Balochistan the Supreme Court had expressed anger and said it was not a positive sign. Manan Baloch said UN WGEID was the result of the sacrifices of Baloch Martyrs of liberation and those Baloch patriots who are languishing in Pakistan’s prisons.
