Quetta :

A leader of Pakistan Muslim League, Nawaz Sharif faction, was killed along with his companions by unknown attackers in Hub city of Balochistan on Sunday.

According to details unknown persons, riding on motor bikes, opened fire on the vehicle of the district leader of PML-N, Mr Qadir Zehri, near Sakuran Road in Hub the only industrial town of Balochistan. Qadir Zehri along with his two companions, Aziz zehri and Jamal Baloch died at the spot whereas another man, Wali Mohammad has been wounded.

According to NNI, Meerak Baloch a spokesman of Baloch Liberation Army has accepted responsibility for the attack and killing Qadir Zehri.

Calling from an unspecified location Meerak Baloch stated that Qadir Zehri was a close associate of the anti Baloch mafia of Shafeeq Mengal the head of the notorious Mussala Diffa Tanzeem’.

The Pakistani army backed Musallah Deffa Tanzeem (Armed Deference Organisation) has claimed responsibility for abducting killing scores of Baloch political activists. It has also attacked peaceful protest rallies of Baloch political parties and student organisations in Balochistan where several activists have lost their lives.

Meerak Baloch speaking on behalf of his organisation clarified that the BLA has nothing to do with the murder of a Baloch journalist in Khuzdar on Saturday. He said that, "we will vocally accept responsibility of all our acts with reasoning and proof. Our organization has no association with the murder of a Baloch journalist in Khuzdar. BLA has never coerced any journalist from working freely." Mr Baloch said, however, those journalists who abandon their professional responsibility and become state spies will be dealt with accordingly.

Mr Baloch also said the culprits who polluted the motherland by exploding the deadly nuclear bomb in 1998 are once against uniting. “It is needs to be seen what more harm they can do to the motherland. However, they must remember that those who stained and polluted the Baloch land will have to answer for their actions.”

The BLA is a Baloch resistance organisation struggling for the Independence of Balochistan. The Baloch resistance Organisations including the BLA say they are defending Baloch people against indiscrimination attacks by Pakistan army, their proxy mafias and other security agencies.
