Pakistan is using Western provided weapons to crush the Baloch freedom struggle: BSO-Azad

The first central committee meeting of Baloch Student Organisation -Azad after the 19th council session was held in Awaran to discuss different issues and matter arising on National and International level.
The agendas included discussion on current regional and international politics, debate on the suggestions given in the council session, education of Baloch students, the forthcoming Pakistani Parliamentary elections, Pakistan & US relations, reopening of NATO supply line, Balochistan’s economical aspect of relations with the world and the looting of Baloch natural resources.
Concerns were also expressed upon airing of sectarianism by Pakistani agencies in Balochistan and the threats of Jihad (Holy war) to be waged against the Baloch nation by anti-America religious group Defence of Pakistan Council (DPC), headed by ex-ISI chief General Hameed, Hafeez Saeed and other anti-extremist figures, Discussions were also made on repercussions of BNP-M, BNP-A & National Party’s (NP) expected participation in Pakistani elections.
The participants said that, Balochistan has significant importance due to its geographical position. International powers are eyeing on the deep seaport and the mineral resources of Pakistan. Now it depends on the Baloch nation that how they devise a plan to attain and retain its independence in the current conditions.
They further said that, taking into account the approaching elections the state of Pakistan along with its collaborators has increased the brutalities in Balochistan to curtail the voice of Baloch nation. The fake sympathies by the CJ of Pakistan in missing person case are nothing but a face saving tactic by Pakistan before the International community.
The Central Committee vehemently condemned the US military aid to Pakistan and said it is widely known that every terrorist attack in any part of world is directly or indirectly linked with Pakistan’s ISI and the GHQ. Despite knowing such realities about Pakistan the U.S and NATO countries are giving billions in aid to Pakistan. The arms given by the International community to Pakistan to quash the religious terrorism and extremism are being used in Balochistan against the liberal Baloch nation. If there was no aid given to Pakistan by these countries, Pakistan would have never survived and world would have been a better place. NATO and U.S are unintentionally and indirectly being party to the Baloch genocide.
The escalation in plundering the Baloch natural resources by Pakistan was also discussed and it was said that, it has been the tactic of the occupiers all over the world that whenever they see their defeat and end of occupation they intensify the exploitation. In the same manner Pakistan, aware of its approaching defeat, has accelerated the exploitation of Baloch resources in Saindak, Rikodiq and Chamalang and other areas of Balochistan.
The BSO-A central committee meeting also said that Pakistan along with her collaborators was furthering religious extremism and sectarianism it a bit to Talibanise the tolerant and secular Baloch society.
Concerns were also expressed on the expected participation of few Baloch parties in upcoming Pakistani elections. It was said that these parties were misleading Baloch nation to vote for them so that the yearning to struggle for liberation is diminished.
Important decisions were made in the meeting on suggestions given in the council session. Strategies were also devised to further the Baloch struggle and to tackle the brutalities. Different committees were formed to deal with different affairs of the organization.
