The Baloch Liberation Army accepts responsibility of attack on Pakistani forces in Quetta
Quetta: A spokesperson of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) accepted the responsibility of attack on convoy of Pakistani forces in Qambrani Road area of Quetta on Friday morning.
Mr Meerak Baloch, a spokesperson of the BLA, told NNI from an undisclosed location that Baloch freedom fighters have carried out a remote controlled attack on a convoy of Pakistani forces in Qambrani Road Quetta.
As result a vehicle of Pakistani forces was destroyed and three personnel died on spot while four others were wounded.
The BLA spokesperson claimed that after the attack occupying forces opened indiscriminate firing against civilians and injured many of them.
Meerak Baloch said: “Pakistani intelligence agencies are continuously killing members of Hazara community and using these attacks as an excuse to raid Baloch localities where innocent people are brutalised and harassed.”
He said that by promoting sectarian violence in Balochistan the Pakistani are also trying to portray Baloch national liberation struggle as religious extremism.
Mr Baloch added: “we consider killing of innocent and oppressed people as inhumane.”
Meerak Baloch also said that Lashkar e Balochistan should avoid taking responsibilities BLA’s operations. He said they should concentrate on their activities instead of claiming responsibility for the activities of other Baloch resistance organisations.
Mr. Baloch said that Pakistani forces have also attacked Baloch civilians in different areas of Kohistan Marri with fighter planes.
He said one woman was killed and several others including women and children have been wounded.
