Balochistan: One killed three injured in Kahan Military operation
QUETTA: Pakistani forces conducted a military offensive in adjoining areas of Kahan on Thursday (27/11/2014) killing at least one person and injuring three others.
According to details the ground forces of Pakistan military backed by gunship helicopters surrounded house of Gaja Khan Marri and opened indiscriminate shelling at his house.
As result of heaving shelling Gaja Khan Marri was killed and Musa Khan Marri, Basham Marri and a son of Musa Khan Marri were wounded.
The Pakistani forces arrested the injured men along with several others from nearby villages. They also took away the body of Gaja Khan Marri.
Another eight men were also abducted from nearby villages of Kahan, Balochistan.
Eye-witnesses reported that Pakistani forces pillaged the villages and set several houses on fire.
Meanwhile in two separate incidents two Baloch were abducted from Mastung and Khuzdar areas of Balochistan.
Sources reported that Mohammad Anwar Magsi, an engineer of B & R, was abducted in Kanak area of Mastung when he was going to Dalbandin from Quetta.
Mr Magsiās private car was found parked on a roadside but his whereabouts remain unknown till date.
Two Watchmen of a college in Zehri area of Khuzdar were abducted at gunpoint on Thursday night.
The victims were named as Sadullah Baghbani and Abdulla Zehri who were abducted during their duty hours from Enter College Zehri.
It is pertinent to note that Pakistan military operations, enforced-disappearances and kill and dump policy continues unabated across Balochistan.
On 26 November Pakistani forced raided house of Manzoor Baloch in Khodabadan arear of Panjgur and harassed women and children. They also looted valuables from his house.
In another incident on 26 November a mutilated body was found in Barshor area of Pashin. However, the identity of the dead body could not be ascertained until firing of this report.
