Balochistan: Pakistani forces abducted several people from Pasni, seven boys kidnapped in Naseerabad
The Frontier Corps and intelligence agencies have conducted raids in Ward No1 and 7 in Pasni Sunday night abducting several people.
According to details the Pakistani forces carried out house-to-house searches in Babar Shor and Rekposht areas of Pasni.
The people were abducted in raid on Mullah Aziz’s house. The victims have been named as Zaffar Jan son of Aziz, Shakeel and Nasir Baloch whereas another three men namely Sartaj son of Saleh Mohammad, police hawaldar Murad Bux son of Saleh Mohammd and Wahag Baloch son of Dost were abducted from Rekhpost during a raid on a house.
Meanwhile sources reported that Pakistani forces also abducted several other people from passenger vehicles which they stopped and searched at FC check posts at different entrance and exist points in and around Pasni Balochistan.
In a separate incident unknown assailants kidnapped seven young shepherds from Chathar region of district Naseerabad, Balochistan.
According to Balochistan’s local media reports around 10 heavily armed kidnappers came on motorbikes and abducted the seven boys along with a herd of 50 sheep and goat and around 70 cows.
The kidnapped boys have been named as Omer Wali Jan son of Manzoor Khosa, Nazir Ahmad son of Samandar Khosa, Bashir Ahmad son of Delawar Sarang Detha, Khalid Hussain son of Khan Mohammad Khosa, Izhar Hussain Solangi and Kamar Deen son of Delawar Saamat.
Later the assailants have made contacts with families of the boys and asked them to leave the area otherwise their sons will be killed and their bodies will be dumped.
It is pertinent to mention that the boys were kidnapped from the same region where around 30 policemen were kidnapped few years ago and later their families found the dead bodies of the men in nearby mountains.
People are increasingly worried about the well-being of abducted boys and have been raising questions about the silence and failure of the Naseerabad police to trace the criminals.
The families of the abducted children have reportedly send a Balochi (Med), reconciling team, comprising women to ask the kidnappers in the name of holy Quran to release their children.
There was no news of the disappeared people from Pasni and the kidnapped children in Naseerabad until filing of this report.
