Balochistan: The houses of slain Baloch leader’s relatives attacked, one killed
QUETTA: At least six people have been abducted and one killed during an attack on the houses of a slain Baloch leader’s relatives in Mand are of Balochistan on Friday.
Sources reported that Pakistani paramilitary forces attacked the houses of relatives of Shaheed Ghulam Mohammad Baloch in Suro Mand area of Balochistan on Friday.
The Pakistani forces reportedly harassed women and children during the attack and took six people away.
The killed Baloch man has been named as Zahoor Baloch. The names of abducted victims, however, could not be confirmed immediately.
Meanwhile, the central spokesperson of Baloch Republican Party Sher Mohammad Bugti in a statement said that Pakistani forces have been carrying out attacks in Dasht area of Balochistan from last one month.
“Hundreds of Baloch families have migrated from the region due to continuous military attacks in the region,” Mr Bugti said.
He also said that similar attacks were conducted in Dera Bugti’s Pir Koh, Hyn, Kandor and Paatar areas and at least eight people have been abducted.
He said international Human Rights organizations’ silence on Pakistani state barbarism in Balochistan was a question mark.
