Pakistan Military Offensives: Punjabi Army Will Not Succeed in Balochistan
Balochistan: ISPR spokesperson confirm abduction of 81 people in one week
QUETTA: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed in a statement to media that Pakistani forces abducted 81 people from different areas of Balochistan in the span of one week.
The Pakistani Inter-Services Public Relations issue the confessional statement after pro-freedom Baloch parties and human rights organisation reported that Pakistani security forces have intensified their offensives in different areas of Balochistan.
The Pakistan army, FC, intelligence agencies and other security agencies and their local death squads have carried out joint offensives and abducted 81 people in a week. The ISPR also confirmed that 13 military operations were conducted in Quetta alone.
The local sources on the ground, however, say that the number of operation is far more than stated by the Pakistani Army and they also say that Pakistani forces abducted more than 400 people including women and children in one week.
These military offensives and abduction were carried out in several areas of Balochistan including Dera Bugti, Makran, Gwadar, Panjgur, Kohlu, Quetta, Bolan and Jaffarabad. Gunship helicopters and fighter jets were also used to support the ground troops.
Hundreds of innocent people including women and children have been killed and hundreds of livestock were also killed during the indiscriminate bombardment of houses.
Several houses were set on fire and valuables of the people were looted during the military offensives.
