CPEC: A death warrant for the Baloch nation

You might have witnessed Pakistan army taking Balochistan based journalists to China tour and, accommodating, offering them luxury apartments, expensive iPhones and Laptop notebooks. You also might have seen the photo sessions of Pakistan army’s generals in occupied Balochistan staging the surrender dramas of Baloch freedom fighters.

But, you seldom see Pakistani print or electronic media discussing the mutilated dead bodies thrown on roadsides. No one questions why Baloch villages are being burnt into ashes, why 30000 Baloch from all sphere of life have been forcibly abducted and extra-judicially killed?

Media in any society and country is considered as ears and eyes of that nation but in occupied Balochistan, the Pakistani authorities have abducted and killed dozens of Baloch journalists and media persons because they have been reporting from war zone Balochistan. Many Baloch MBBS Doctors, students, lawyers, tribal chiefs, professors, and ordinary people along with Baloch women are abducted in day broad light, later their bullet-riddled dead bodies bearing sever marks of third-grade torture were found on different areas of occupied Balochistan.

Baloch genocide by Pakistan is not new, but now after the $46 billion mega exploitation project of (China-Pakistan Economic Corridor) CPEC both the occupiers accelerated to wipe the Baloch out of the surface of the earth.

We are being mercilessly killed from the beginning of this so-called CPEC imagine what would be the aftermath of CPEC when it is completed? Of course, there will be no single Baloch left alive in Balochistan because Pakistan army is abducting the cream of Baloch nation, shutting the schools, colleges and university by turning them into Frontier Corps (FC) check posts, evacuating the entire Baloch populations living on the routes of CPEC, making them forcibly migrate from their natives places, bombing their villages, killing their livestock and looting their valuables during the military offensives across occupied Balochistan.

Pakistan army with technology and help of China conducting Baloch genocide by labelling the Baloch anti-CPEC to legitimise its terrorism against Baloch population but we ask China and Pakistan to immediately quit Balochistan and withdraw its mega exploitation designs because it is the 21st century. We are well educated; we can differentiate between exploitation and development. China and Pakistan must not worry about the future of Balochistan because we know our welfare and we will not allow occupiers to decide about our faith and future.

We are defending our national identity, homeland and national resources from invading and occupying forces of Pakistan & China. This fight is not the fight of the Baloch nation only, this fight is for the betterment of entire region because we are struggling against the terrorism of nuclear artificial state of Pakistan sponsored by the empirical mindset of China.

It is the need of the time that NATO member states, USA and especially our neighbouring countries India and Afghanistan must break their silence over Pakistan and China’s doctrines to occupy Balochistan and put the US, Indian and Afghanistan’s interests at risk.

We urge the global powers and our true neighbours to come forward by openly offering their moral, political, diplomatic, military and financial support to recognise the state of Balochistan and nation-building.

We are the Baloch are masters of our land and any deal by the international community with Pakistan will not be allowed because occupiers have no right to decide the fate of the Baloch nation. Pakistani and Chinese troops are stationed in occupied Balochistan without the will of Baloch and they must withdraw their forces and illegal infrastructure as soon as possible.

Free Balochistan Movement is struggling peacefully to educate the world powers, uniting Baloch masses living inside occupied Balochistan and abroad. We are optimistic that international community will support the freedom struggle of Balochistan because we are struggling for a safer, prosperous and stable region.

Support the Baloch cause not because of Baloch, but because of your own sake. To keep the world safe Pakistani extremists equipped with tactical weapons provided by Pakistan army and ISI is only possible when Balochistan liberated.
