 Balochistan: Pakistani forces abducted four persons from Turbat

QUETTA:  The Pakistani FC (Frontier Corps) have abducted at least four Baloch from Turbat Civil Hospital and Gwak check post in district Kech Balochistan on Friday and shifted them to an unknown location.

According to details, Pakistani intelligence agencies and military forces have abducted Nizam son of Hamid from Turbat Civil Hospital.

The victim is a resident of Jalal Abad region of Mand Tubat.

In another incident, Pakistani forces stopped a car at Gwak Check Post in Mand and arrested all four persons onboard and shifted them to an undisclosed location.

One of the abducted men has been named as driver Eid Mohammad son of Musa resident of Mand whereas the names of other two men could not be confirmed until the filing of this report.

It is pertinent to mention that Pakistani security forces have abducted and disappeared thousands of Baloch including women and children from different areas of Balochistan since the beginning of the current phase of the Baloch freedom movement.

The pro-freedom Baloch political organisation and Baloch human rights organisation put the number of enforced-disappeared people over 20,000.
