Balochistan: Families of seven Baloch students demand their immediate release
QUETTA: The families and relatives of seven Baloch students have organised a protest demonstration in front of the Turbat Press Club on Thursday and demanded their immediate safe release.
According to details, Pakistan security forces abducted seven Baloch students from Bhawani area of the industrial town of Hub Balochistan on 21 July 2018.
The seven youth were offloaded from a passenger coach while on their way from Turbat to Karachi.
The abducted youth include Majeed son of Qadir Bakhsh, Aziz Baloch son of Taj Mohammad, Jabir Baloch son of Elahi Bakhsh, Shoaib Baloch son of Peer Mohammad, Sajid Baloch son of Nazir, Qadeer Baloch son of Moosa and Zahid Baloch son of Karim Bakhsh.
All the victims are residents of Dazen area of Tump from Balochistan’s district Kech and they are close friends who always hang out together.
On Thursday the immediate families, relatives and friends including women and children from Dazen protested in front of Turbat Press Club and demanded the safe release of the youth.
The protester said that three of the abducted youth are underage and they have not even been issued ID cards yet.
The participants of the protest also clarified that the abducted youth have not been involved in any unlawful activities and they have no affiliation with any political party.
The protesters have urged the Chief Justice of Pakistan, PM and Balochistan’s CM to play their play their role for the safe release of their loved ones.
