Balochistan: Dead body of a previously abducted man found, five more abducted
QUETTA: Pakistani security forces have abducted five persons from Balochistan’s district Khuzdar and Kech in last two days while the dead body of a previously abducted man was discovered in the mountainous region of district Kalat on Monday.
Pakistan Frontier Corps and other intelligence agencies have abducted three persons during a house-to-house search operation in Turbat tow of district Kech Balochistan Monday.
According to details, the offensive was conducted in Kalatuk area of Sorag in Turbat during which three persons named Delawar son of Peer Mohammad, Nawab son of Nazeer and Jafar son of Allah Bakhsh.
Separately, the dead body of a previously abducted man was found in Seyako mountain region of Kalat.
The dead body was identified as that of Basheer Ahmad Mohammad Hassani – a clerk in the education department.
Basheer Ahmad had disappeared around ten months ago and his whereabouts remained unknown until Monday morning 29/10/2018.
On Sunday, Pakistani forces carried out offensives in different areas of Khuzdar and abducted two brothers from Gresha region.
According to details, Pakistani armed forces conducted offensive operations in Zabad, Bidrang and Sohr Dap localities of Gresha region in Khuzdar and abducted two brothers identified as Afzal and Ali Baksh S/o Muhammad.
The victims have been shifted to an undisclosed location and their whereabouts remained unknown until the filing of this report.
Earlier Pakistani forces had abducted Muhammad son of Rozi, the father of both youth, but later released after subjecting him to inhuman torture.
Baloch pro-independence political parties and human rights activists have long been complaining about Pakistani forces atrocious behaviours in Balochistan.
The latest wave of enforced-disappearances and extrajudicial killing started in Balochistan in early 2000 when Baloch people started the ongoing phase of their national liberation struggle.
