Balochistan: Five including a mother with two kids abducted from Jhao
QUETTA: Pakistani security forces and intelligence agencies have raided a house Jhao region of district Awaran Balochistan and abducted five people including a mother and her two kids.
According to details, forces raided the house of Rahmatullah Baloch in Jhao’s Drahi Bhent Palaar four days ago and abducted all the five inhabitants of the houses.
The arrested persons have been reportedly forcibly shifted to a military camp in the vicinity.
The victims have been named as Rosina wife of Rahmatullah, Bibi Asmat daughter of Rahmatullah, Bibi Hafeeza daughter of Rahmatullah, his 70-year-old Sheikh Hassan son of Gamani and his uncle Ghulam Mohammad son of Qamisa.
Sources reported that the abductees are kept in Kohado military camp in Jhao since the past four days and their relatives are not being told about their condition and well-being.
It is pertinent to mention that family members of enforced-disappeared Baloch have been organising rallies and protests in Quetta in past two weeks and they have also joined the ongoing token hunger strike protest camp of Voice for Baloch Missing Persons.
On Monday hundreds of students, civil society activists and members of Pashtun and Hazar community joined the rally of Baloch families and demanded the immediate release of enforced-disappeared Baloch persons.
