Balochistan: An aged father disappears from Pasni
QUETTA: An aged man has disappeared from Pasni area of district Gwadar on Saturday after he walked out of his house and did not return home.
According to details, Shikar Ameen Baloch left his home Saturday and has been missing since. He is the father of Baloch fighter Jameel aka Kiyya who was killed along with another two other friends on 9th of March 2018 in a gun battle against Pakistani forces.
Shikari Ameen is a resident of Pedarak area in district Kech but he was forced by Pakistan army back death squads to move to Pasni.
It is suspected that he has either been abducted by Pakistani security forces or the military death squads disappeared him.
However, his whereabouts remained unknown at the filing of this report.
It is pertinent to mention that family members of hundreds of enforced-disappeared Baloch are currently on a token hunger strike in front of Quetta Press Club from past three weeks.
Baloch pro-freedom political parties and human rights campaigners in Balochistan say that Pakistani forces have abducted more than 20,000 Baloch men, women and children since the beginning of the ongoing Baloch freedom struggle.
