Baloch human rights groups and pro-independence parties say Pakistani security forces have abducted more than 20,000 Baloch including women and children since the early 2000s.
The enforced-disappeared were later followed by what is known as ‘the kill and dump’ policy under which Pakistani forces killed thousands of Baloch prisoners and dumped their dead bodies in town, roadsides and deserted areas across Balochistan.
The Pakistani state atrocities and legacy of Musharraf is continued by his successors so-called elected representatives of Pakistan. Zardari, Nawaz Sharif and now Imran Khan all have been and are subservient to the military and military has one solution to Balochistan issue that kill the Baloch, occupy their land and loot their resources.
