Balochistan: Two Baloch fighters killed in Kharan military offensives
QUETTA: Two Baloch fighters have reportedly been killed in a Pakistani forces military offensive in Balochistan’s district Kharan on Friday.
According to details, Pakistan FC, military and intelligence agencies backed with gunship helicopters have carried our offensive operations in Lajjy Toak and other areas of Kharan.
Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a statement claimed, ‘as part of operation Radd ul Fassad, FC Balochistan conducted Intelligence Based Operations (IBOs) on suspected terrorist hideouts in Kalat, Kharan, Maiwand areas of Balochistan.’
As result of these ongoing military offensives at least two Baloch fighters have been killed in Kharan.
The deceased have been named as Noor Ahmad Sasoli resident of Shoor Kalat and Shehzad resident of Khairabad area of Turbat Balochistan.
These latest killings took place only a day after the announcement made by Pakistani army that ‘targeted operations under Radd-ul-Fassad’ will continue in Balochistan.
Pakistan army and other security forces have been carrying out offensives in Kharan area of Balochistan since past four days.
