Balochistan: Fierce battle between Baloch fighter and Pakistani forces in Kohlu
QUETTA: Pakistan army has once again intensified their attacks against civilian populations in different areas of district Kohlu and Dera Bugti regions of Balochistan on Tuesday.
According to details, the Pakistani troops have started fresh military offensives in Sohrain Kaor, Nisao, Jannatalli, Makhmad, Erandani, Surtal, Nisao Sham, Siyah Koh and Sekhain areas of district Kohlu and Chabdar, Kong and Tikkad areas of district Dera Bugti Balochistan.
The ground troops were backed by gunship helicopters and local collaborators of Pakistan army. There have also been reports of shelling by gunship helicopters in above-mentioned areas.
Independent sources told Balochwarna News that local have counted up to 80 military trucks entering in Kohistan Marri’s aforementioned areas from Dera Bugti, Kahan and Barkhan.
The Pakistan military has set the huts of Baloch nomads on fire and looted their livestock; however, there was no news of any casualties and arrests at the time of filing this report.
Meanwhile, the Baloch freedom fighters have also reportedly arrived in the affected area to defend the unarmed civilians from Pakistani forces aggression.
According to Humgaam Urdu News, Baloch fighters have attacked Pakistani troops at three different places in Erandani, Seyak Koh and Sekhain regions and inflicted losses on Pakistani forces.
The reports from groups say that the military was still present in the restive regions and have been shelling on civilian populations with intervals.
However, no armed group has accepted responsibility for the attack on Pakistani forces so far. In the Past, however, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has taken responsibility for such attacks on Pakistan army in district Kohlu.
