Iran and Pakistan’s state crimes against Baloch

Baloch nation has facing genocide since for occupiers illegally annexed Baloch land to their territory, Balochistan was a sovereign and independent state, when British occupied Balochistan and divided it drawing Durand Line and Goldsmith Line, one part of Balochistan (western Balochistan) was occupied by Iran in 1928 and the second part of the Balochistan was occupied by Punjabi army, on 27 March 1948. Under Iran and Pakistan’s occupation, the Baloch nation suffers the same fate as the Kurds.

Iran and Pakistan have been using excessive force since the first day of the occupation against Baloch nation, Balochi language is not allowed to be taught in Iranian occupied Balochistan, Balochi names are prohibited in Iran and Pakistan, the Baloch in Iran and Pakistan are struggling to preserve the fundamental element of their national identity. They are forced to adopt Persian and Punjabi’s names and are deprived of using their mother tongue by Iranian and Pakistani regimes. Pakistan and Iran are bringing demographic changes to make the Baloch a minority in their own land.

Baloch people are being displaced from their ancestor motherland Gwadar in occupied Balochistan by Pakistan and China in the name of CPEC, Baloch people are forced to leave their homeland and Pakistan bringing Chinese and Panjabi settlers in Gwadar to change Baloch nation into the minority, Baloch people are systematically and gradually being turned into Red Indians in motherland. China Pakistan Economic Corridor brings more destruction and more military offensives for the Baloch nation. It [CPEC] will not bring any positive change for Baloch; it will only straighten the chains of slavery. Many villages, which fall under the CPEC route, are being razed to the ground by Pakistani jihadist Army.

Baloch iconic leader Hyrbyair Marri has said in his recent interview that CPEC is a colonial project for expansion of China’s military hegemony. The Baloch leader further said, “CPEC is a corridor of death and destruction for Baloch, not a development project” He went on to say that once China finds a foothold in Balochistan and constructs naval and military bases in Jiwani and Sonmiani, then it is not the only a threat to Baloch people but also a military threat to India, the United States and Europeans. “Balochistan is located in a very important strategic region and if China gets control of our country then will be able to project their military power in South Asia, the Middle East beyond,” Mr Marri added.

In Iranian occupied Balochistan, Baloch people are facing many problems, thousands of Baloch have been hanged by Iran and the fundamentalist regime of Iran has broken all records of brutality, extrajudicial killings, mass executions torture and murder. Iran is involved in crimes against humanity in Balochistan, Kurdistan and Israel. It is heavily involved in various activities in Yemen, Syria, Bahrain, Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan, Iran wants to create socio-political disturbances in Gulf Countries, Iranian nuclear ambitions and its desire to destroy Israel, are an open challenge for the civilized world. It is funding Hezbollah and Taliban, and it’s also involved in the civil war in Yemen.

Iran wants to dominate the region; Pakistan and Iran are committing gross human rights violation in Balochistan, Iran is extrajudicially killing Baloch, Kurds, Turks of South Azerbaijan, Arab of Alahwaz and other minority groups by labelling them the enemies of Allah. Iran and Pakistan both are occupying on Baloch land illegally, both are looting and plundering Baloch national resources. They are jointly committing genocide of the Baloch nation. In past both religious states jointly launched offensive operations against Baloch people, in 1973 Iranian jets bombarded in the mountain of Kohlu and Kahan conducted attacks against Marri Baloch tribe. The Iranian theocratic state killed thousands of people in Balochistan, Kurdistan, Al Ahwaz and South Azerbaijan. Similarly, China and Pakistan are not only a danger for Baloch but also a danger for world peace. Iran is a threat to Israel, the United States and Arab countries. That is why the civilised world including the USA, Israel, India, Afghanistan and Gulf countries must support the Baloch liberation movement to counter China, Pakistan and Iran.
