Balochistan: dead body of previously abducted man found

QUETTA: The mutilated dead body of a previously abducted Baloch man was in Rakhni area of district Loralai in Thursday (18 April).

The corpse was later identified as that of Jamshed son of Wazirhan Bugti Baloch resident of Pelawagh area of Dera Bugti, Balochistan.

Mr Bugti was abducted by Pakistani forces from Kohlu in 2016.

It is pertinent to mention that Baloch pro-freedom political parties and human rights organisations say that Pakistani forces have abducted and disappeared more than 20,000 Baloch including women and children.

They also blame the Pakistani forces of the in-custody killing of at least 6000 Baloch since the beginning of the current phase of Baloch freedom struggle in early 2000.
