Afghanistan Crisis: The US, Russian and Chinese Apprehension, The failed Antics of Pakistan

Despite the death and destruction of millions of people, there seems to be no end to the war in the sight in Afghanistan, nor does it seem that the enemies of Afghans and war profiteers of terrorism would allow the possibility of a positive change for a conclusion.
As far as the recent US attempts to negotiate with the Taliban are concerned, I, in many of my previous articles, emphasised that America is deceiving itself by talking with Taliban at the behest¬¬ of Pakistani wishes and game plane which is totally a waste of her time and its allies. What is most interesting about them is that it is based on a series of conspiracies in which at the same time the United States, its allies, Russia and China alike are being deceived. Taking advantage of all their differences, Pakistan has managed to drag them all into Afghanistan’s ring of unending war.
Pakistan earned billions of dollars from spreading terrorism in Afghanistan by becoming a US ally against the Soviet Union, which was later turned into regular money earning industry of state politics under a long-term plan. After the Soviet withdrawal, Pakistan continued to hoodwink the United States and its allies in the name of global terrorism against AL-Qaeda when the short period of the Taliban regime ended in 2001. This still exists somehow until today. Pakistan will continue to do so until the US and its allies stop calling Pakistan as an ally against terrorism.
However, due to the presence of Bin Laden, Mullah Omar and Mullah Akhtar Mansoor in Pakistan and their subsequent death, the relations between Pakistan and the United States were not the same. Several support funds to Pakistan were stopped, and it was put in the grey list of FATF, where it is now facing the fear of being put in the FATF blacklist. There were two ways for Pakistan to get out of this quagmire. The first was to stop the support of terrorists and close their terror factories. The second was to pursue new tactics for maintaining its conspiracies. As it was expected, instead of mending its ways, Pakistan decided to cheat Russia and China besides America with new conspiracies and offered its false services to resolve the issue of terrorism.
It promised that it helps the United States manage a dialogue with the Taliban for a graceful way out of the Afghan war, it also assured the US to create hurdle in the way of CPEC (China-Pakistan Economic Corridor) for China in order to pave the way for America and its allies. It also guaranteed to push ISIS toward Central Asia and Russia with the help of the Taliban in order to prevent Russia from increasing its influence in the region and guaranteeing the protection of US interests in Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, it has also offered three kinds of assurances to China that it will force American withdrawal through Taliban from Afghanistan and limit Indian influence in Afghanistan, help increase China’s strategic sphere of influence in the region besides offering the service of rifting the relationship of the Uyghur Chinese Muslim with other Muslim Jihadist groups.
Similarly, it also offered Russia three kind of initiatives: forcing America to quit the region, help stop ISIS from its advancement towards central Asia, offering a favourite environment for a wide range of investment in Pakistan.ا
The sole objective of all these false offers was to provide a political and financial respite to Pakistan no matter how short-termed they were; because, it is facing a gigantic political and financial crisis at home, while externally, America and world alike were rightly suspecting its “efforts” and intention” about Afghan crisis and distancing themselves by terming it as an untrustworthy partner and a supporter of terrorist. The constant pressure and the isolation were unbearable to it, given its near-to-default financial crisis.
As a result of these conspiracy efforts and the US supervision, Pakistan succeeded in acquiring loans from the IMF, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and escaped from being in the FATF blacklist by delaying tactics. On the other hand, Russia and China continued to participate in Taliban negotiations, but it soon became clear to them that this country was not serious about establishing a relationship with anyone. It also became clear to the United States that Pakistan-backed Taliban are not trustworthy. it also dawned on America that Pakistan backed Taliban, like Pakistan, are unable to improve the overall situation in Afghanistan who are themselves divided into pieces. And many other countries, including Iran, have an influence on them, and if everyone is not taken into confidence and different steps were taken, then the situation could be worse.
Russia also felt that on the one hand it was being asked to stop ISIS in Afghanistan with the help of the Taliban, while on the other, ISIS fighters, led by Pakistan, are being mobilised in the north of Afghanistan. ISIS including Jaish-e-Mohammad and Lashkar-e-Taeba have all set up not only their camps but also Pakistan is facilitating their movements along with the Afghan Pakistan border.
On top of that, regularly, thousands of seminaries in Pakistan still collect donations every Friday for these terrorist groups. Russia should take the matter seriously because it is not away thousands of kilometres from here like the United States. China has also realised that Pakistan’s intention is to slow down the pace of CPEC work and transfer its funds to unrelated areas of CPEC.
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates helped Pakistan at the behest of the United States, but Pakistan could not maintain its balance in Iran’s affairs. Clandestinely, Pakistan sent its troops to Yemen for the war in the name of protection of holy sites in Saudi Arabia, but they became prisoners of war by Houthis. Both the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Chief of Army went to Tehran to seek their release, but Iran did not help.
Saudi Arabia is angry with Pakistan because it didn’t support it openly. And Iran is angry with it because of being a part of the war against Iran behind the scene. Give its stupid policies; this country is now facing isolation and much more internal strife. But unfortunately, the global forces are still unable to make the right decision about this country.
If the world powers want to get this region out of the crisis, they need to take four conclusive right decisions on an emergency basis: First, make no mistake in preventing the efforts of getting Pakistan on the FATF blacklist, make sure Pakistan is blacklisted. Second, India should go for a permanent solution for Kashmir by annexing Pakistani-occupied Kashmir as one of its internal regions. Third, focus on proper documentation of Pakistan backed terrorist activities taking place in Afghanistan on daily basis.
Suffice it to say, for example, that Pakistan caught an alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan and propagated about it to the extent that the matter reached the international court of justice, while in Afghanistan dozens of Pakistani spies and terrorists are caught, killed or injured on daily basis, and nobody bothers to hold Pakistan responsible for all this. We believe that if a few questions are properly documented in Afghanistan, then Pakistan will be put and remain on the FATF blacklist forever or it will be forced to abandon its state-sponsored terror policies forever. Fourth, regional and world powers must move forward to openly help the Baloch liberation struggle and awareness campaign of Pashtun nationalism against Punjabi colonial rule of Pakistan.
Under the current situation, it is insufficient for the Baloch and Pashtuns to say that they are being oppressed or that Pakistan is subjecting them to genocide. Someone may issue a formal statement on the basis of sympathy or offer a donation-like-support for them, that is not enough, rather, the world powers should think that Baloch and Pashtun must be helped comprehensively on permanent bases because these are the only forces that are to undertake the gigantic task of getting rid the world of Pakistani state-sponsored terrorist conspiracies and these are the only forces that can guarantee peace and prosperity throughout the region.
