Balochistan: Pakistani security personnel for construction company attacked in Kahan

QUETTA: The spokesman of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), Azad Baloch, said in a statement to media claimed that BLA fighters attacked Pakistani forces in Chappi Kach area deployed for the security of Kohlu-Kahan road on Saturday.

The spokesman added that construction workers and Pakistani forces suffered casualties as a result of the attack on Kohlu-Kahan road project.

BLA spokesman Azad Baloch said that the organisation had earlier warned companies and their workers that they will not allow the construction of Kohlu-Kahan road and that they should refrain from working that road under the patronage of Pakistani army and FC.

Azad Baloch reiterated, “We once again warn everyone involved in the construction of Kohlu-Kahan road to stay away from the exploitative project of the Punjabi against the Baloch national interests.

 “We are determined that the Baloch resistance against the exploitative ambitions and looting of Baloch national wealth by occupying forces of Pakistan will continue till the independence of Balochistan.”

He warned that such attacks against Pakistani forces in Balochistan will continue and urged the local people and construction companies not help the Pakistani forces in strengthening the occupation of Balochistan.

He said that Kohlu-Kahan road was being constructed to intensify the loot and plunder of Balochistan natural resources.

Therefore, he said, we will not allow any person or company working on Kohlu Kahan road against the Baloch national interests.
