Obstructing burials and desecration of Baloch martyrs’ graves is an old practice of Pakistan: FBM
QUETTA: The Free Balochistan Movement (FBM) has said in a statement that the state policy of taking the body of Banuk Karima Baloch into government custody and obstructing people to attend her burial is condemnable.
The statement added that harassment of the families of pro-freedom Baloch leaders and activists by the Pakistani state, obstruction of the burial of the martyrs and desecration of the graves has been an old practice of the state of Pakistan. Such uncivilized acts are clear evidence of the state’s defeat.
FBM said that Pakistan always felt threatened by political cadres of Baloch liberation struggle but now even it’s frightened of the corpses of Baloch martyrs.
“We hold our heads high in front of other nations due to the sacrifices of Baloch martyrs,” the FBM said in a statement. Baloch martyrs sacrificed their lives for the liberation of the homeland.
The state of Pakistan has suffered moral, political, and economical defeat in occupied Balochistan. Hence, it is using brutal force to conceal its defeat.
