Somali National Day: Free Balochistan Movement representative joins celebrations
HELSINKI: Somalia National day was celebrated all over the world including in Finland’s Punkaharju on 1st July 2022.
A member of the Free Balochistan Movement representative Mr. Sadiq Raisini Advocate was invited to join the Somali community in their annual celebration and speak about the issues of Balochistan.
In his Address, Mr. Sadiq Raisini congratulated the people of Somalia on their Independence and wished them well in future endeavors.
In his address, Advocate Raisani said that under the leadership of Hyrbyair Marri Free Balochistan Movement was conducting awareness campaigns in different parts of the world to inform the world community about the illegal occupation of Balochistan and ongoing human rights violations.
He also highlighted the historical significance of Balochistan, China’s expansionist intention and their impacts on the region.
The FBM representative also spoke about the Baloch genocide by Pakistan and Iran and emphasised that like other nations of the world the people of Balochistan also have the right to regain their lost freedom from foreign occupiers.
He said he hopes that the people of Somalia and the Somali Diaspora will continue to cooperate with the Baloch people and help them raise their voice for independence.
