Balochistan: FC check post attacked in Nushki, an informer of intelligence agencies killed in Jiwani
QUETTA: At least one FC personnel has been wounded and a collaborator of Pakistani intelligence agencies has been in two separate attacks in Balochistan’s Nushki and Gwadar region on Monday.
According to details, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) spokesman Azad Baloch in a statement to the media accepted the responsibility for both attacks.
He said, ‘our fighters hurled a hand grenade at an FC check post near the main Bus Station in Nushki town as a result of the attack, an FC official has been seriously injured.’
In a separate statement, the BLA spokesperson also accepted responsibility for killing an important informer of the Military Intelligence (MI) of Pakistan.
According to the BLA statement, the alleged informer, Naseer, originally hailed from Mansehra and was working under the auspices of Pakistani intelligence agencies in Gwadar, Turbat, and Peshukan for the past decade.
‘The informer was fluent in many languages and worked for Pakistani intelligence agencies in the Iranian-occupied Balochistan as well,’ Azad Baloch maintained.
