Balochistan: Seminar Marks First Anniversary of Shaheed Balach Mola Bakhsh’s Martyrdom
Baloch in every corner of world must preserve their national language and cultural values: FBM
LONDON: The spokesman of Free Balochistan Moment (FBM) issued a statement in response to a question asked by the Baloch living in Sindh regarding the adoption of Balochi language, it said that wherever the Baloch are currently settled whether forcibly evicted by occupiers from Balochistan or naturally settled, they should preserve their mother language Balochi and adopt it as their national language.
The FBM advised Baloch people to follow their culture, customs and traditions, emphasising on the importance of national language as the treasure trove of the culture of a nation and that it represents the nation.
“A nation without culture is like a body without soul and its existence and identity will be meaningless.”
The statement further said that every nation in the world is recognised by its language, culture and national identity.
The occupying Pakistan, which has no history, language, customs, heroes and characters of its own, is constantly changing the Baloch national culture, customs and national identity.
Pakistan is also making sinister efforts of eliminating the distinguished national identity of the Baloch nation to eliminate the collective and distinct national thinking within the Baloch.
The Baloch whether living in Pakistani and Iranian occupied Balochistan or in Sindh, KPK or in any other country in the world, should make every possible effort to maintain their language, culture, customs and identity intact.
It is, however, very important for the Baloch as well, wherever they live, to abide by the laws of the country they live in, but they must resist any sinister efforts of diluting their national language and identity.
