Pakistani security forces personnel killed and injured in Balochistan

QUETTA: The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) spokesperson, Azad Baloch, informed media sources that BLA fighters carried out a remote control bomb attack on Pakistani army personnel in the Mand area of   Kech, as a result, two personnel were killed and two others seriously injured.

He added that BLA fighters targeted the Pakistani forces personnel when they were trying to erase the wall chalking in the area.

Earlier on 16 February, the BLA had accepted responsibility for an attack on a polling station in the Makhmar area of Kohlu, Balochistan during the re-election process.

As a result of the attack at least one Levies personal was injured.

In its statement to the media, the BLA accepted responsibility for both attacks and vowed to continue such attacks against ‘enemy forces’.
