FBM Germany and US Branches to Protest and Organize Awareness Campaigns
WASHINGTON DC/BERLIN: The Free Balochistan Movement (FBM) branches in Germany and the United States have announced plans to protest and raise awareness about the occupation of Balochistan.
In a statement to the media, they announced that, in response to a call from the central executive of the party, a protest demonstration will be held in Hanover, Germany on March 23rd, while the US Branch will organize awareness campaigns in various cities across the state on the occasion of Balochistan Occupation Day on March 27th.
The United States branch of the Free Balochistan Movement stated that it intends to conduct awareness campaigns by distributing pamphlets in Washington DC, Virginia, Philadelphia, Newark/New Jersey, Oklahoma, Seattle, and possibly other regions of the state.
The German branch, in its statement, emphasized that March 27th is remembered as a dark day in the history of Balochistan, marking the invasion and forced occupation by the Pakistani army with the support of Great Britain.
This event, known as Black Day or Occupation Day, is deeply ingrained in the memory of the Baloch people, who continue to express their resentment against it.
The Baloch nation initiated its national resistance against Pakistani occupation after March 27, 1948, and this resistance persists to this day with unwavering determination.
Through continuous resistance, sacrifices, and martyrdoms, the Baloch people have made it unequivocally clear to the world, including Pakistan, that they will not tolerate foreign occupation and interference in their homeland, and they are prepared to make any sacrifice for their freedom.
As in previous years, gatherings and demonstrations are being organized in various countries around the world to protest against the suppression of Baloch national independence and the ongoing genocide of Baloch people.
Similarly, the German branch is also organizing a protest demonstration in Hannover, Germany, scheduled for Saturday, March 23rd, starting at 1:30 PM and continuing until 5:00 PM in the center of Hannover at “Kröpcke”.
The FBM branches in Germany and the US have urged Baloch political and human rights activists residing in these countries to participate in FBM programs and contribute to raising awareness about the atrocities committed against the Baloch nation.
