BLA Claims Responsibility for Attacks in Gwadar and Kech

SHAAL (QUETTA): The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for two attacks in Balochistan, one on a spy mobile tower in Gwadar and another on mineral transport vehicles in Kech.

In two different statement to media the BLA’s spokesperson Azad Baloch said that on March 14, BLA’s freedom fighters attacked a mobile tower in the Dor area of Gwadar, setting fire to the equipment and rendering the system inoperable.

The group took responsibility for the attack, stating that it was part of their ongoing efforts to disrupt operations they consider harmful to Baloch sovereignty.

In a separate incident, the BLA also claimed responsibility for an attack on March 11 against a convoy of vehicles transporting natural minerals from Balochistan along the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) road in Kech.

The attack targeted the mineral transport vehicles, further intensifying the group’s opposition to the exploitation of Baloch resources.

Azad Baloch, the spokesperson for the Baloch Liberation Army, declared that these actions were part of a broader resistance against the ongoing occupation of Balochistan. He stated, “We will continue such attacks until an independent and sovereign Baloch homeland is formed.”
