Kidnapping Incident in Balochistan Leads to Murder and Protests

SHAAL (QUETTA): An attempted kidnapping turned deadly last night in the Mazdalo area of Panjgur district in Balochistan, where unidentified assailants shot and killed a woman as they abducted her husband.
The body of the victim, identified as Abdul Hamid, was discovered early this morning in the Kalag area of Panjgur.
Details of the incident reveal that Hamid was taken from his home in Gawargo Mazdalo after he resisted the kidnapping attempt.
Eyewitness accounts suggest that the attackers, armed and dangerous, reacted violently when Hamid tried to defend himself, resulting in the loss of his wife.
Local sources have reported that the bullet-riddled body of Abdul Hamid son of Rahimdad, was found in Kalag, strongly indicating that he had been subjected to severe torture prior to his death.
Medical professionals at the civil hospital, where his body was taken for examination, noted multiple signs of brutality, including dagger wounds and gunshot injuries.
In response to the horrific event, family members and local residents have initiated a sit-in protest outside the Deputy Commissioner’s office, demanding immediate action and justice.
The protesters have vowed to remain until authorities capture those responsible for this heinous crime.
The local law enforcement is under pressure to identify and apprehend the kidnappers, as community members express fear and anger over the escalating violence in Balochistan.
