BLA Takes Responsibility for Attack on Mineral Transport Convoy in Kharan

SHAAL (QUETTA): The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for an attack on a convoy of mineral-transporting trucks in the Shahogeri area of Kharan district.
The incident occurred at sunset on May 28, according to a statement released by the group.
In the statement, BLA spokesperson Azad Baloch confirmed that the organisation’s “freedom fighters” carried out the targeted assault, damaging multiple vehicles involved in the transportation of minerals from the region.
The attack is described as part of the BLA’s broader campaign against the “looting of Balochistan’s national resources” by the Pakistani state.
“Our organisation Baloch Liberation Army takes responsibility for the attack,” said Azad Baloch.
“BLA strongly warns all transport companies, their owners and drivers to avoid facilitating the occupying state in looting national resources in Balochistan. Our attacks will continue with more intensity in the future, and everyone will be responsible for the loss of their lives and property,” the statement added.
