Balochistan: Baloch Liberation Army claimed to have killed 16 Pakistani soldiers
QUETTA: The spokesmen of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) informed media sources on Tuesday that its fighters have killed at least 16 personnel of Pakistani forces in Marwar and Chamalang areas of Balochistan.
Jeeand Baloch said that the Baloch fighters attacked Pakistani forces patrolling team in Marwar with a remote controlled bomb and automatic weapons killing six Pakistani soldiers and wounding nine others.
He said that Pakistan forces started military operations in Marwar and surrounding regions on 21 December and “our fighter have been attacking them on different places causing heavy loses to Pakistan forces. Our Sarmachaar remained safe so far.”
The BLA spokesman said that Pakistan forces have been indiscriminately bombing civilian populations due which several Baloch persons including women and children have reportedly been killed.
He said Pakistani forces have also been looting Baloch houses in the name of search operations.
Meanwhile, Azad Baloch a spokesman of BLA informed media sources that their fighters have targeted a Pakistan forces check post in Chamalang area of Balochistan killing at least 10 soldiers and injuring 4 others.
He said that the Baloch fighters laid land mines near Pakistani forces check post which exploded when personnel of Pakistan FC were passing from there.
The spokesmen of the Baloch resistance organisation told NNI, “BLA accepts the responsibility of this attack and vowed to continue such actions until the freedom of Baloch.”
