Balochistan: Four Pakistani soldiers killed, six wounded in a road accident
QUETTA: A vehicle of Pakistan Frontier Corps (FC) turned over after the driver lost control killing four soldiers and injuring six others in Balochistan’s Washuk district on Tuesday.
According to media reports, one of the tyres of the Pakistani security forces vehicle burst due to which the vehicle turned over. Resultantly, four FC officials died on the spot while six others have been taken to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Khuzdar.
The condition of the wounded soldiers was said to be critical.
The Washuk District is one of the restive areas of Balochistan where Baloch freedom fighters regularly attack Pakistan forces whom they term as ‘occupying Pakistani forces’ in Balochistan.
The Baloch resistance organisations say they are struggling to regain their independence after Pakistan forcibly and illegally occupied Balochistan in 1948.
