The Division of Balochistan: Deputy governor’s speech was shocking

The Baluchistan Raaji Zrombesh (Baluchistan National Movement) in response to the speech the political deputy governor of the Iranian regime about the division of Balochistan said it was shocking and anti Baloch. The Zrombesh in a message on their website wrote:

Yet, it has not been a while since the evil betrayal of Habibullah Dahmarde on the plan to divide Balochistan, Sharestani, the political deputy of the regime’s governor in Balochistan has entered the scene of the fight against the Baloch nation and openly said in his speech: we have no other way but to divide Balochistan.

The political deputy governor of the occupying regime, who onerously makes efforts to wipe out the very identity of the oppressed Baloch nation step by step, outlined shamefully the division of Balochistan into four small territories during his speech. He revealed that this wicked plan i.e. to divide Balochistan has been manifested and off coming by the regime. And now they are preparing the public opinion by defending the plan in the Parliament and during the official speeches.

The regime and its cronies put the ineffective management in Balochistan on its vastness, and advocate the implementation of the wicked plan of dividing Balochistan.  

The political deputy of the regime’s governor in Balochistan said he is overwhelmed with ′′doing his duty ′′ so that it will take months to meet an executive official in his office.

The regime and its anti-Baloch officials in Balochistan should know that this is “your Iran ′′ that is so vast. Therefore it is better to divide the huge and vast Iran to the independent countries of Balochistan, South Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, Al-Ahvaz, South Turkmenistan and a ′′ smaller beautiful Iran”. 

There is no doubt that in small and beautiful Iran, the small province of Yazd which you praised as a very successful model of executive management, will be far better managed. A small Iran could provide all your available resources (financial, management, development, educational and health services, entrepreneurship and employment…) to your own people, and it will be developed to an extent so that it will be known as the ′′ Switzerland” of the region.

Balochistan is the ancestral land of the Baloch nation, and its geographical bounds are not limited to this part of Balochistan that you with the evil political intensions are planning and engineering to cut in smaller parts.

The borders of Balochistan are naturally drawn and defined by the Baloch areas and stretch from the Sindh River and the coast of Karachi to Bandar-Abbas, South of Kerman and South of Birjand to parts of Farah in Afghanistan (which are Baloch), and also Nimrooz and west of Kandahar in Afghanistan, and then Quetta in the East of Balochistan and the range of Mount Suleiman and Derejaat areas near Punjab.

The evil act to divide the intact land of Balochistan by the colonial British power is unforgivable treachery against the Baloch nation. Carving Balochistan into separate territories has put every free-libertarian Baloch in agony ever since.

The western part of Balochistan, which is occupied by Iran, has been divided further and further overtimes.

Following the implementation of anti-Baloch policies, large parts of the West Balochistan have been annexed to Hormozgan, Kerman and South Khorasan. Baloch people take pride in Balochistan, and they continue to seek reunification of the areas that are now parts of the provinces of Hormozgan, Kerman and South Khorasan.

The Baloch nation must know that as long as Iran’s reign continues over Balochistan, the regime’s threat to divide Balochistan is serious and dangerous. Thus, the speech of the political deputy governor of the regime in Balochistan to divide Balochistan into four small pieces is shocking.

The Baloch nation needs to declare the preservation of Balochistan as their ′′ Red Line ′′ and must show serious and even practical opposition to the division of Balochistan. From now on, the protests should start against the wicked plan for the division of Balochistan.

Baluchistan Raji Zrombesh (Baluchistan National Movement), along with you, the fighting Baloch nation, will continue to fight against the division of Balochistan. Balochistan Raji Zrombesh strongly condemns the speech of the political deputy governor of the regime in Balochistan; and it will fight against any anti-Baloch policy in Balochistan, such as the ′′ development of Makran coast ′′.
