Pakistan Military Offensives: Punjabi Army Will Not Succeed in Balochistan
Balochistan: Three tortured dead bodies found in Turbat
The local administration sources in district Kych Balochistan informed BBC Urdu Saturday that three tortured bodies were found in Khadan a remote area of Dasht.
The Levis personnel have taken the bodies to a local hospital where the residents have identified them as Sabit son of Samad resident of Mazan Bandh, Shayhaq resident of Gokdaan Turbat and Khair Mohammad resident of Nalang Dasht.
Local of the area said the men were missing since last week.
The local authorities said that all men were shot dead and their bodies were dumped in the area.
The motives of triple murder could not be ascertained immediately. However, previously tortured bodies of abducted Baloch were found in Kych district who the relatives have claimed were abducted by Pakistani security forces.
The issue of enforced disappearances and kill and dump by state forces have been a long-running phenomena.
In the beginning of this year the provincial government of Balochistan had claimed that 164 such tortured bodies were in 2014 in Balochistan.
However, the voice for Baloch Missing Persons, an organisation comprised of families of enforced-disappeared persons in Balochistan had rejected the government claims and said that 455 tortured bodies were found during the past year and another 435 were disappeared.
The state’s kill and dump policy against Baloch political prisoners started in 2009 and the government authorities denied to register FIR of such in-custody murders until 2010 when the registration of such cases started after an order from the Supreme Court.
The Voice for Baloch Missing Persons complains that even after the Supreme Court’s order, the cases of abduction and murder of Baloch activists in custody of Pakistani security forces are not being registered.
The police official in Balochistan are helpless before the notorious secret security agencies hence they refuse to register cases abduction and murder of Baloch missing persons against ISI and Military intelligence.
