Two residents of Balochistan injured in Iranian forces firing

PANJGUR: Iranian border guards have shot and injured two Baloch residents of Panjgur, Balochistan Wednesday.

According to detail both of the injured were shot in their legs while they were allegedly transporting Iranian patrol from Eastern Occupied Balochistan.

The victims were shifted to hospital where they have been identified as Jasim Fazal and Fida Ahmed, residents of Panjgur.

The Express Tribune quoted a Pakistani official as saying, “Iranian border guards had violated the border as both were shot in Pakistani territory.”

It is pertinent to mention that the attack in Pakistani occupied Balochistan cam after ‘Pak-Iran Permanent Border Committee’ decided to jointly tackle ‘drug smuggling and human trafficking’.

The Baloch activists, however, believe the joint meeting was to find ways to tackle the Baloch resistance just like in 70s Pakistan and Iran helped each other to crush Baloch freedom movement.
