 Balochistan: Dozens of houses set on fire and several youth abducted in Dasht

KECH: Pakistani forces have attacked several houses in Dasht area of Balochistan and started a house-to-house search operation on Tuesday morning.

According to detail large numbers of Pakistani forces raided the houses of Baloch civilians in the wee hours of Tuesday and started their attacks when most people were still asleep.

Locals reported that several military vehicles and forces already on the ground took part in unprovoked offensives against Baloch people.

The affected areas are included Dasht Balnagwar, Perotk, Seji, Sorak Bazar, Goharak, Drachko and kapkapar.

Women and children were harassed and threaten during the attacks and Pakistan forces have set on fire a large number of houses in the aforementioned areas after the residents were robbed off their valuables, cash and jewellery.

Several people have also reportedly been arrested and taken to undisclosed location. So far the identity of two people have been confirmed as Nawaz son of Adam and Zubair Ahmad Baloch.

It is worth mentioning that Baloch pro-freedom parties and organisations maintain that Pakistani forces have intensified their atrocities against Baloch in Gawadar and surrounding regions to an effort to pave way for the so called China-Pakistan economic corridor.
