 Balochistan: Four Pakistani security personnel injured in Turbat attack

QUETTA: at least four Pakistani security forces have been wounded in a hand grenade attack in Turbat city of Balochistan on Sunday.

According to details, Baloch fighters hurled a hand grenade at an FC (Frontier Corps) check post in Cinema Chowk (roundabout) Turbat which went off with a big bang.

As a result of the blast, at least four Pakistani FC soldiers have been wounded. The attackers managed to flee unhurt from the site.

Meanwhile, Jeand Baloch, a spokesperson for the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) informed Balochistan local media that fighters from BLA have attacked the Pakistani forces.

Balochistan media quoted Mr Baloch saying, “BLA accepts responsibility for this attack and vows to continue further similar attacks against Pakistani forces.”

He requested the common people to stay away from Pakistani forces check posts and vehicles because they are on the target of Baloch fighters.
