 Free Balochistan Movement to protest at UN headquarters in New York

NEW York: The Free Balochistan Movement (FBM) has announced to organise a protest demonstration on 24 September 2018 during 73rd UN General Assembly in United States’ New York City.

The 73rd session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 73) has opened on 18 September 2018 and it is programmed to last for nine days until 5 October 2018.

On Monday, 24 September, the UNGA will hold a high-level plenary meeting on global peace in honor of the centenary of the birth of Nelson Mandela, known as the Nelson Mandela Peace Summit. The plenary will adopt a political declaration negotiated by the Member States

The Free Balochistan Movement, however, will be protesting outside the UN headquarters on the very same day to expose Pakistani and Iranian state terrorism against Baloch people and the involvement of both fundamentalist Jihadist states’ in crimes against humanity in Balochistan.

The FBM activists will also highlight the China-Pakistan nexus where both states involved in the exploitation of Balochistan’s natural resources in the name of CPEC.
