 Balochistan: Families of two Baloch youth killed by Iranian forces told to remain silent

Brothers Mohammad and Mehdi killed on 6 May 2020 by Iranian forces in Pahra occupied Balochistan

DOZZAAP (ZAHEDAN): The threat is official as it comes from the Attorney General and a military colonel – stop pursuing the case or your other son will be killed.

The families of Mohammad and Mehdi Pooryan, two teenagers killed by the Iranian police and intelligence services, have been threatened by the Zahedan Attorney General and Colonel Jafarzadeh.
According to details, the Pooryan family’s follow-up and complaint to the military court have gone in vain because  Zahedan police officers and the prosecutor general threatened the mother and aunt of the two teenagers, “if you were still pursuing the case, you and your other child Ahmad will be shot dead in the backyard of your house.”


The Attorney General and Colonel Jafarzadeh also told Pooryan family that they had no right to contact or speak to the foreign media.

Two brothers Mohammad and Mehdi Pooryan were shot dead by police and intelligence services of Iran in front of their mother in Pahra (Iranshahr) city of Iranian Occupied Balochistan (IOB) on May 6, 2020, at their home.

Their family continues to maintain that they were shot in cold blood and they were innocent youth.
