 Baloch Martyrs Day: The Free Balochistan Movement held memorial services

LONDON: The Free Balochistan held different remembrance events to commemorate the Baloch Martyrs Day in Finland and the Netherlands.

According to details, the FBM activists organised a seminar Helsinki in Finland in memory of Baloch Martyrs, and members of the Pashtun Protection Movement (Pashtun Tahafuz Movement) also participated in the FBM seminar.  

Speaking on the occasion Banaras Khan Afghan said that the sacrifices made by the martyrs for Balochistan are for the freedom of the Baloch nation and Khan Mehrab Khan defended united Balochistan against the British and sacrificed his life for his motherland.

He said that the Baloch and Afghans do not recognise the arbitrary lines drawn by foreigners to divide our motherland.

Abdul Bari Badech of the Pashtun Protection Movement paid tribute to the Baloch martyrs and added that their sacrifices will bear fruit in the shape of an independent Baloch county where the future generations of Baloch live with peace and dignity.

Shafiqullah Khan Yousafzai of Pashtun Protection Movement while paying homage to Baloch martyrs said that the Punjab is committing genocide of Baloch and Pashtun nations. He said that it was the responsibility of Baloch and Pashtun leadership to unite against their common enemy and courageously face the enemy’s brutalities and conspiracies.

Free Balochistan Movement Filand Branch activists advocate Sadiq Raisani, M.B Marri Baloch, Dr Naudhan Baloch and Samuel David Baloch paid rich tributes to Baloch Martyrs and said that Khan Mehrab Khan sacrificed his life defending Balochistan and the Baloch nation in 1839.

following and carrying forward his philosophy, the Baloch of Pakistani-occupied Balochistan and Iranian-occupied Balochistan defended their motherland and thousands of Baloch have sacrificed their lives for the national sovereignty of Balochistan.

 They emphasised that the Baloch nation does not recognise the colonial Durand Line and the Goldsmith Line.

The Free Balochistan Movement Netherlands branch also organised a program on November 13th in honor of Baloch martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of United Balochistan. Candles were lit and pictures of Baloch martyrs from all over Balochistan were displayed.

They said that 13th November is remembered as the day to renew the pledge of allegiance to continue the mission of Baloch martyrs.

The FBM  activists said that Mir Mehrab Khan set an example of self-respect, patriotism and devotion for the future generations of Balochistan. Presently, thousands of Baloch youth and elderly are following in the footsteps of Mehrab and resisting against foreign invaders such as brutal and savage Pakistan and Iran.

The participants also talked about the unparalleled sacrifices of the martyrs of Balochistan and their indelible and eternal role in the freedom struggle for United Balochistan.
