Protest Marks Six Years of Baloch Activist’s Enforced Disappearance
Balochistan: BMC student Dr Saeed release, two brothers from Balicha still missing
QUETTA: A Bolan Medical College student abducted on March 4, 2018, has been released on Saturday while two brothers abducted from Balicha area on 28 February 2018 are still missing.
The BMC student Dr Saeed Badini Baloch was abducted from his hostel in Quetta and remained in the custody of Pakistani security agencies for six days.
The Baloch and Pashtun students, as well as social media activists, strongly protested against his arrest.
The Baloch Student Action Committee (BSAC), who had called for Balochistan wide strikes against the abduction of Dr Saeed Baloch, now called off their protests and thanked everyone for their participation in the campaign for the release of Dr Saeed Baloch.
Meanwhile, the whereabouts of two brothers abducted on 28 February 2018 from Balicha area of Tump in Turbat Balochistan remains unknown.
