Balochistan: Tortured dead body of a missing person handed over to his family

QUETTA: The Pakistani forces have handed over the dead body of a previously abducted Baloch to his relatives on Saturday.

The tortured bullet-riddled body of Bahram son of Basham was handed over to his family Pakistani forces.

The victim was abducted two days ago along with another two men (both brothers Siraj and Mohammad son of Dad Mohammad) from Herronk area of Turbat in district Kech Balochistan.

Sources reported that the victim died due to severe torture in custody. This incident bears the hallmarks of the common pattern and practice of Pakistan army under which the detained persons are tortured to death in custody and later shot from point blank.

There is still no news of the two brothers Siraj and Mohammad who were also abducted with Bahram but their whereabouts and fate remain unknown.
