Balochistan: Indiscriminate firing by Iranian forces caused an accident, four killed, 24 wounded
ZAHEDAN: At least four people were killed and another 24 wounded when Iranian Mersad forces chasing a Pride car opened indiscriminate firing and caused it to collide with a minibus.
According to details the Iranian border patrolling forces ‘Mersad’ chased a Pride car near Pahra (Iranshahr) in Sarbaz, Iranian occupied Balochistan.
The driver of the Pride car failed to stop the vehicle and the Iranian forces opened indiscriminate firing at the vehicle at the village of Rahmanabad in Zard Koh area. Due to the shooting the vehicle caught fire and collided with an oncoming minibus.
As a result of Iranian forces shooting and collusion between two vehicles at least four people including a one-year-old child (passengers of Pride car) died on the spot while 24 others have been wounded.
The wounded were taken to Khatim-ul-ambiya Hospital in Iranshar.
Sources reported that condition of eight of the wounded was critical.
It is pertinent to mention that Iranian forces have killed hundreds of Baloch including women and children during such incident which analysts term as a pre-planned murder of innocent Baloch by Iranian state forces.
