Balochistan: 10 Baloch killed and several abducted during Kalat operation

QUETTA: Pakistan forces have killed at least ten Baloch civilians and abducted scores of others during unprovoked attacks on civilian populations in several areas of district Kalat Balochistan Sunday.

According reports from the ground the Pakistani forces carried out simultaneous attacks and intense aerial bombardment in Ispilinji, Johan and other surrounding area of district Kalat killing at least 10 people and abducting several others.

The names of the victims are yet to be confirmed as the area is still besieged by army and the media is not allowed to visit the affected areas.

Baloch social media activists, however, reported that several houses and huts have also been destroyed the due indiscriminate aerial bombardment and by the ground forces of Pakistan.

It is worth mentioning that Pakistan army backed by Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has systematically started the “Collective Punishment” of Baloch general population since 1999 after the Baloch nation started the currently ongoing phase of their war of liberation of Balochistan.

In separate military offensive Pakistani forces arrested at least two people from Talli in Sibbi Balochistan on Sunday.

Pakistani forces also claimed to have recovered eighteen kilograms explosive material and two detonators in Gopatt area of Sui district Balochistan on Sunday.
