Balochistan: Pakistani forces attacks against Baloch civilians continue unabated
KALAT: Pakistani forces have killed at least four people on Friday during an attack on the house of an enforced-disappeared Baloch activist in Soorab region of district Kalat Balochistan. While several houses have been set on fire by Pakistani forces in Bolan and district Awaran regions of Balochistan.
According sources the Pakistani forces accompanied by local criminal gangs of Pakistani military attacked the house of Fateh Mohammad Hasni Baloch, abducted in 2011, in Gidar area of Surab and opened firing at the inhabitants.
Four innocent Baloch including Ghulaam Jan Mohammad Hasni son of Haji Abdul Ghani embraced martyrdom. The other victims have been named as Saifullah son of Chakar, Allah Bakhsh son of Alam Khan, and Saifullah son of Ali Hasan.
One soldier of Pakistani FC soldier was also killed during the attack on Baloch house. It is not clear whether he’s was shot by the inhabitants of the house or hit by a bullet of army’s own criminal gangs.
Meanwhile Pakistani military’s attacks on Baloch houses continue for the third consecutive day in many regions of district Bolan Balochistan. The whole day on Friday the Pakistan Air Forces jets and gunship helicopters have been indiscriminately pounding Baloch villages.
It is feared that several people including women and children have been killed during these attacks but the exact number of casualties and damage to property could be ascertained because the affect areas are under military siege from past one week.
Several houses and crops of poor peasants have been set on fire by ground forces of Pakistan in an act of collective punishment.
Separately, in similar attacks Pakistan forces harassed women and children in Jhao and Marmachi areas of district Awaran Balochistan Friday.
Daily Tawar, a Balochistan based Urdu newspapers, reported that houses of Mohammad Akhtar, Akbar Qadir Bux, Mando Bizan, Kaji Khan and Mohammad Ameen were burned down by Pakistani forces in Marmachi areas of Mashkay.
