Balochistan: Attack on Pakistani Forces in Kech: Two Soldiers Killed, Two Injured
SHAAL, BALOCHISTAN: In the Kech district of Balochistan today, fighters from the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) launched an attack on Pakistani security forces stationed at an under-construction road project in the Ginah area of Kech.
According to a statement released by the BLA, the attack took place around 2:30 PM, targeting Pakistani forces stationed at the Mandwali Road construction site. The attack resulted in the death of two Pakistani soldiers, with two others reported to be injured.
The Baloch Liberation Army has claimed responsibility for the attack, which they described as part of their ongoing struggle for Baloch independence. A spokesperson for the BLA, Azad Baloch, confirmed the incident and reiterated their group’s commitment to continuing their resistance against “Pakistani occupation” of Balochistan.
In their statement, the BLA spokesperson declared: “Our Organisation, the Baloch Liberation Army, accepts responsibility for this attack. We will continue our struggle until the liberation of Balochistan.”
